Is a consultation required for all new patients?
Consultations are required for all Hair & Scalp Restoration, Trichology, Skin treatments, Neuromodulators, and Blu Body treatments to ensure a personalized, medically guided approach. Certain aesthetic and wellness services may be booked directly without a consultation. If you’re unsure where to begin, please select “All New Client Consultation” when booking, and we will guide you to the most appropriate treatment plan.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice, including same-day cancellations or no-show incidents, will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit and may incur charges up to 100% of the service value. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be deemed a no-show, leading to potential rescheduling or appointment adjustments at the provider's discretion.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes. A $50 deposit is required for all treatments and 20% of all treatments of $500 or more. By booking an appointment, you consent to Blu Innovation charging the card on file for applicable fees and acknowledge that all outstanding balances must be cleared prior to scheduling future appointments. Blu Innovation is a private-pay practice. Insurance is not accepted.
Can I bring a guest or child with me?
We ask that no guests or children accompany patients.
